Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is considered accepted once Talari confirms and begins processing it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Incorrect billing or shipping information
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Product unavailability
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Orders appearing to be placed for unauthorized resale
• Technical or payment-processing errors

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Payment

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize Talari and its payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

Talari is not responsible for payment declines, banking delays, authorization holds, currency-conversion charges, or fees imposed by your financial institution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within two to three business days. Orders placed on Friday may begin processing the following Monday.

Estimated United States delivery time is generally 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination, selected shipping method, carrier operations, product availability, and other factors.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Talari is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers
• Severe weather
• Customs inspections
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses
• High-volume periods
• Holidays
• Events outside our reasonable control

When we become aware that an order cannot ship within the stated or reasonably expected timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and available options.

9. Shipping Addresses and Package Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order.

Talari is not responsible for packages that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incomplete or incorrect address.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Talari is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or unauthorized collection of the package. Customers should contact the shipping carrier or local postal service regarding delivery-related issues.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect the package.

10. Final-Sale Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in another Talari policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because of:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect color selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Failure to review product descriptions or sizing information
• Minor color or measurement variations

Please carefully review your order, shipping information, selected size, and product details before completing checkout.

This final-sale policy does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Unfulfilled orders and approved claims involving incorrect, damaged, or defective merchandise may be handled separately.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

Claims involving an item that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered must be submitted to info@talari.us with:

• The order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs or videos showing the item and packaging
• Any other information reasonably requested by Talari

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, or store credit. Talari will review each eligible claim and determine the appropriate remedy based on the circumstances and applicable law.

Damage caused by wear, improper washing, misuse, alterations, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

12. Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled after checkout.

Requests must be sent to info@talari.us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content—including the Talari name, logos, graphics, artwork, clothing designs, photographs, videos, product names, text, layout, branding, and other materials—is owned by or licensed to Talari and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, imitate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Purchasing a Talari product does not grant ownership of or permission to reproduce its artwork, graphics, branding, or designs.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or provide access to third-party services, payment processors, shipping carriers, applications, or external websites.

Talari does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, or performance of third-party services. Separate terms and policies may govern your use of those services.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and our services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

• Every product will remain available
• Website errors will always be immediately corrected

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of Liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, Talari’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Talari and its owners, employees, representatives, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the website when we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, misused our services, or created a risk to Talari, its customers, or third parties.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will continue to apply.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
